Download the service, configure a synchronized Monero wallet-rpc and start it on your machine. Use a view-only wallet when possible. Pair below; no seed or wallet key is entered here.

One fresh wallet subaddress per order. Confirmation requires at least 10 confirmations and unlocked funds. Late payments need manual review.
